Dan Russell served as Executive Director of the Duluth Entertainment Center before leaving in 2017 to start a consulting business. He was president of Duluth’s Destination Marketing Organization from 1979-1990. Dan bring years of experience in facility management and concert and festival promotion to Winterfell Management.
