Jeff Stark has nearly 30 years of experience in the event industry and has worked his way from ushering/taking tickets to being the point person for the largest events in northern Minnesota. Jeff has planned, helped create and managed countless large scale events over the course of his career. Elton John, Chris Stapleton, Cirque du Soleil, KISS, Tall Ships, The Eagles, etc. Chances are that if you've been to a large event in Duluth the last few decades, Jeff was there behind the scenes.

 

Since 2012, he has managed Bayfront Festival Park on behalf of the DECC while also serving as Venue Operations Director. Currently, Jeff serves as the President/CEO of the Essentia Duluth Heritage Center as well as serving on numerous community boards and committees. Jeff brings years of experience in fostering relationships, solving hard problems and executing events to his role with Winterfell Management.
